There are links to AKC's newsfeeds. There is even a little memory game that allows you to stay sharp while studying the rally signs. This is a full featured application for AKC Rally Obedience. It is based on the most current rules and regulations.
This app was designed for Android Phones,more specifically, for Lollipop v. 5.1.1 and above. It will work on a 7" tablet, but it wasn't designed for tablets. The graphics may not display as well on tablets.
